Engineered for Comfort. Built for Performance.
RadKingPanels™ are precision-manufactured hydroni
Every panel is crafted for maximum heat transfer, long-term durability, and seamless integration with any radiant heating system.
Manufactured for Every Application
Our panels are built to perform in any radiant heating environment whether installed over plywood or concrete.
Each RadKingPanel™ is engineered to provide full surface coverage, eliminating cold spots and ensuring even heat distribution throughout the space.
Precision You Can Count On
Every RadKingPanel™ is built using high-quality materials and exact manufacturing tolerances, ensuring:
Uniform groove spacing for consistent PEX placement
Optimal aluminum coverage for superior heat transfer
Structural stability suitable for all finished flooring types
Designed for Compatibility
RadKingPanels™ are compatible with:
Hydronic PEX tubing systems
Standard radiant manifolds and control components
All major boiler and heat source brands
This makes integration simple for builders, HVAC professionals, and manufacturers seeking reliability and flexibility in design.
Made in the USA
Proudly manufactured in the USA, every RadKingPanel™ reflects our commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation in radiant heating technology.
RadKingPanels™ One Panel. Every Application.
The Next Generation of Radiant Heat.
RadKingPanels™ aren’t just radiant heating panels they’re a breakthrough in design, performance, and simplicity.
Our omega-grooved channels let the PEX tubing expand and contract silently, eliminating
A built-in rosin paper layer covers our aluminum surface, creating the quietest radiant system on the market.
Performance You Can Feel
Designed by Installers. Perfected by Engineers.
RadKingPanels™ were created by professionals who have installed every radiant heat system out there and knew there had to be a better way.
The result: one universal panel that does it all. No more juggling 3–4 different board types or tricky layouts.
Simply cut the panel, make your turns, and go.
Every board fits. Every time.
RadKing is unlike any other radiant heating system due to our omega grooved panels to allow pex tubing to expand and contract without squeaking
Since RadKing is 8 inches on center it allows us to use a thinner aluminum to efficiently transfer heat and that doesn’t affect wifi. Stiffest in class, Superior moisture resistance, industry leading warranty, high panel density and superior stiffness provide optimum fastener holding strength.
Aluminum can be on either the front or the back of board.
If the wood flooring/engineered is getting glued and nailed the aluminum/built in rosin paper will be on the bottom so the glue has something to stick to.
If the wood flooring/engineered is getting nailed only the aluminum/built in rosin paper will be on the top of the radiant panel.

For subfloor installations, we recommend using 1 ½” 7/16” galvanized crown staples. You might think screws would hold better, but as the house settles, screws can snap and cause squeaks—which we want to avoid. Staples allow slight flexibility and prevent this issue. Additionally, we want the secure point to be through the RadKingPanels, not penetrating the subfloor and grabbing joists below, as that too can create squeaks. The goal is simple: no squeaks.
When installing RadKingPanels on an existing concrete slab, make sure the surface is clean.
Lay down a reflective foam barrier approximately 1/16”–1/8” thick. This serves as a vapor barrier and provides the necessary R-Value to prevent heat from dissipating into the slab. Configure the RadKingPanels, install the PEX tubing, and secure the panels to the slab using a concrete nailer.
For tile installations, use the RadKingPlywood version. Attach ¼” Hardie Backer Board (cement board) directly on top of the panels using cement board screws, waterproof the surface, and apply thinset before laying your tiles.
For carpeted areas, secure ¼”–½” plywood on top of the RadKingPanels. This prevents the carpet from settling over time and revealing the outline of the tubing beneath.
